Know What You Can And Can’t Eat
Before going shopping for groceries, you need to know exactly what you can and can’t eat on the keto diet. Namely, you can eat dairy products, meat, peanut butter (other nut butters, veggies, and eggs.

So, make sure there’s enough of each keto-approved product in your fridge and kitchen.
Plan Your Meals In Advance

Planning your meals in advance will especially help you when there are special events like birthdays or business dinners because they will help you stay on the right path.
Balance Your Food
Although the keto diet is based around high-fat low-carb products, that doesn’t mean you should eat only products such as meat, eggs, or avocados. But that doesn’t mean your plan doesn’t work. So, don’t rush things by changing your meal plan, but wait for another 1 or 2 weeks to see if you have lost more weight.
